(2)(a)The number of polling agents that may be appointed by a contesting candidate or his election agent, shall, in respect of each polling station, be one agent and a relief agent.(b)Every such appointment shall be made in form 11 and shall be handed over to the polling agent for production at the polling station.(c)No polling agent shall be admitted into the polling station unless he has delivered to the Presiding Officer the instrument of his appointment under sub-rule (2) after duly completing and signing before the Presiding Officer the declaration contained therein.(d)A polling agent may perform such functions in connection with the poll as are authorised by or under these rules.
