(3)The Board shall have the power to create with the previous approval of the Government, such posts of officers and servants whose minimum monthly salary exclusive of allowances does not exceed rupees two hundred and fifty, as it may consider necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.] [Sub-sections (2) and (3) substituted by Act No.15 of 1962.]
