Section 42(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Secretary of the Board may, without reference to the Board sanction expenditure and contingencies, supplies and services and purchase of articles, refund for administering the fund subject to the limits up to which he may be authorized to sanction expenditure on any single item from time to time by the Board.
