Section 2(id) in Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966
(id)'Buyer' includes a person, a firm, a company or co-operative society or Government agency or public undertaking, or public agency or corporation, commission agent, who by himself or on behalf of any other person or agent buys or agrees to buy, by any means of communication, the agricultural produce, livestock and products of livestock in the area notified under this Act;
