Section 10(1) in The Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Harijan Welfare Schemes Act, 1978
(1)Where several persons claim to be interested in the amount determined, the prescribed authority shall determine the persons who, in its opinion, are entitled to receive the amount and the amount payable to each of them.
