Section 4(1) in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Development Commissioner shall be vested with the power to supervise, oversee and co-ordinate the activities of the Developer and units in a Special Economic Zone and to exercise such powers, and to discharge such functions, as are conferred on him by or under this Act or the rules framed thereunder, in respect of such Special Economic Zone.
