Section 11 in The Indian Red Cross Society (Bengal Branch) Act, 1920
11. Annual and extraordinary general meetings. - (1) An annual general meeting of the Society shall be held every year at the headquarters of the Society upon a date to be fixed by the Chairman.
(2)An extraordinary general meeting of the Society may be convened at any time by the President for any purpose connected with the Society.
