Section 7(6)(ii) in Jharkhand Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2014

(ii)"Commercial Employment" means employment in any capacity under or agency of, a person engaged in commercial, industrial or financial business in the water resources related industry and includes also a director of a company or partner of a firm and it also includes setting up practise either independently or as partner of a firm or as an advisor or a consultant.
