15A. [ Disposal of Bonds which have been repaid, renewed, etc.- [Inserted by G.S.R. 1096, dated 13.8.1962]
A Compensation Bond in respect of which a duplicate bond or a new bond has been issued or all the instalments due have been paid may be perforated, punched, cut or otherwise disposed of by the Bank in such manner as the Bank may consider necessary to ensure that the original bond is not misused.] [Substituted by G.S.R. 1196, dated 19.5.1956]
