Section 389(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)In connection with Supreme Court appeals, the following notices shall be issued, namely-(a)notice of petition for a certificate;(b)notice of lodgment of appeal in the Supreme Court];No other notice shall be necessary unless expressly provided for in these Rules or ordered by the Court.
