Section 60(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998
(1)Every salaried officer and teacher of the Vishwavidyalaya paid by the Vishwavidyalaya shall be appointed under a written contract which shall be lodged with the Vishwavidyalaya and a copy thereof furnished to the officer or teacher concerned.
