Section 19 in Nagaland Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1978
19. Deviation from forms.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided by any enactment, wherever a form is prescribed by any enactment, slight deviations therefrom not affecting the substance or calculated to mislead, shall not invalidated it.
