22. Suits against officers.
(1)For the purpose of Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 the Magistrate, the Medical Officers of Health and every person acting under his or their direction shall be deemed to be a public officer.(2)A suit or proceeding against any such person for anything done or professing or purporting to be done under this Act shall not to be instituted after three months from the date of accrual of the cause of action.Miscellaneous
