Section 2(2) in Telangana State District Mineral Foundation (Trust) Rules, 2015
2.2They shall apply to all minerals, including minor minerals, as specified under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (including as amended in 2015), and any other minerals which the Central Government may by notification declare in the Official Gazette.
