18. Repeal and Saving.
- Except as provided in these rules, all rules and orders in relation to matters covered by these rules, and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed:Provided that nothing in these rules shall affect the previous operation of the rules hereby repealed or any action taken thereunder.[Schedule [Inserted by Notification dated 12-6-1970 (18-6-1970).]A.
