Section 23A(1) in The Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016
(1)The Authority may for the discharge of its functions under this Act, or any rules or regulations made thereunder, by order, issue such directions from time to time to any entity in the Aadhaar ecosystem, as it may consider necessary.
