Mr. Punit Bally, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has brought our attention to the order passed by this Court dated 02.09.2019 in WP(Crl.) No. 230 of 2019 and he Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Deepak Singh submits that the case of the present petitioner is similar to Date: 2023.01.10 17:27:14 IST Reason: that petitioner.

Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent has vehemently opposed this position.

However, we find that it will be appropriate that both the matters are heard and decided together by one Bench.

The Registry is, therefore, directed to place the matter before Hon’ble the Chief Justice of India for clubbing both the matters and place it before the appropriate Bench, preferably in the next week.
