Section 91(3) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(3)a person in charge of an ambulance or a first aid station or a first aid box to possess and use in an emergency manufactured drugs in such quantity and in such manner as may be specified in such order.
