Section 24(b) in A.P. State Human Rights Commission (Procedure) Regulations, 2013
(b)If comments are received, the case shall be placed before the Commission with a brief note indicating whether the recommendation of the Commission has been accepted in full or part or not accepted at all, the reasons for such non acceptance and the action that may be taken or proposed to be taken.
