Section 2(1)(c) in The Depositories (Appeal To Securities Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2000

(c)"Appellate Tribunal" means the Securities Appellate Tribunal established under section 15-K of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992);
