                                    ORDER

Per Justice P.P. Bhatt, President:

The captioned proceedings are for seeking extension of the stay, earlier granted by the Tribunal.

2. Insofar as Assessment Year 2010-11 is concerned, the corresponding appeal has already been heard and the order is awaited. The appeals for 2 SA Nos. 240, 241 & 242/Mum/2019 Assessment Years 2011-12 and 2012-13 are partly heard and fixed for next hearing on 19-06-2019.

3. Having considered the rival submissions and material on record, the earlier order passed by this Tribunal dated 11-01-2019 is extended for further 04 months or till the disposal of the appeals, whichever is earlier.

4. The stay applications are accordingly, disposed-of. Parties have been informed in the open court.
