Section 2(a) in Haryana Passenger Transport Scheme, 2003
(a)Stage carriage pemits for the routes described in Annexure "A" to this scheme for allotment to private operators shall be offered to the individuals, existing societies, new societies, firms and companies under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), in accordance with the provisions of this scheme.
