(10)The Collector shall arrange to provide at each polling station sufficient number of ballot boxes, together with copies of the electoral roll or such part thereof, so as to contain the names of the electors entitled to vote at the station, and such other papers and articles necessary for electors to mark the ballot papers, stationery and forms as may be necessary.
