28. Power of Government to make rules.
(1)The Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.(2)Every rule made under this Act shall be laid before the Manipur Legislative Assembly as soon as possible after it is made and shall be subject to such modification, if any, as the Legislative Assembly may make during the session in which it is laid or the session immediately following.
