Section 13(2)(c) in The Bihar Forest Hunting, Shooting & Fishing Rules, 1958

(c)on vacating the shooting block or other area for which he holds a permit return his permit to such forest official as may be named on it after entering on it the number and species of all animals shot by him and together with the size of heads and shall report any occasion on which he has pursued wounded game outside his shooting block; and
