Section 21(4) in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
(4)No officer or other employee of the University shall be liable in respect of any such act in a civil or criminal proceeding if the act was done in good faith in the course of the execution of his duties or in discharge of the functions imposed on him by or under this Act.
