Section 30(1) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(1)The University shall have the faculties of different fields of folklore like oral, arts, literature, music, handicraft, system of medicine, food, cottage industries, heritage, science and technology, neglected studies and applied folklore and such other subjects as may be prescribed by the Statutes from time to time.
