                       Mr. Uday Sankar Chatterjee

                       Ms. Snigdha Saha
                       Mr. Santanu Makhi
...... for the respondent nos. 1 to 3

Record of submissions made on behalf of petitioners appear in orders dated 16th and 20th July, 2018. Petitioner is suffering from a disease called "Pituitary Adinoma". This is her reason for seeking migration. She has executed bond to indemnify respondent no. 3 college where she is presently a student. Submissions made on behalf of the college and Medical Council of India also find record in those orders. So far as college is concerned, it wants to be indemnified to issue 'no objection' to her.

2

Mr. Biswaroop Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner relies on judgement of Supreme Court in Dipti Gupta Vs. Secretary, Medical Education, Government of U.P. reported in 1995 supplement (4) SCC 589.

This is a matter between petitioner and her college. Upon getting no objection from it, she will then move in terms of Medical Council of India Regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997. Petitioner will approach her college. This Court hopes things can be worked out between them.

With above observations writ petition is disposed of.
