Section 1 in Mizoram (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Mizoram (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act, 2016.(2)It extends to the whole State of Mizoram.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
