Section 18(9) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(9)The Vice-Chancellor shall supervise and control the residence, conduct and discipline of the students of University. He shall also make agreements for promoting their health and general welfare, in consultation with, such Committee as may be prescribed.
