Section 22(1) in The West Bengal State Council Of Higher Education Act, 1994.
(1)The State Council may make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules make thereunder:-(a)regulating the meeting of the State Council and the procedure for conducting business thereat; and(b)regulating the manner in winch and the purposes for which persons may be associated with the Council under section 8.
