Section 39A(i) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1971
(i)in case of an Apex Society, sitting MLA's or Ex-MLA's or eminent public man associated with Co-operative movement at least for 5 years in the State or Officers of the State Government not below the rank of Class-I Officers associated with the objectives of the Co-operative Society concerned; for 5 years;
