Section 1 in Election Commission (Conditions of Service of Election Commissioners and Transaction of Business) Act, 1991
1. Short title.-
This Act may be called [the Election Commission (Conditions of Service of Election Commissioners and Transaction of Business)] [Substituted for the words and brackets "the Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners (Conditions of Service)" by Act 4 of 1994, Section 3.] Act, 1991.
