Section 30 in The Bengal Land-Revenue Sales Act, 1868
30. [ Construction of this Act and Act 11 of 1859] [Section 30 substituted by Bengal Act 7 of 1942.]. - This Act shall be read with, and taken as part of, the Bengal Land-revenue Sales Act, 1859, as modified for the time being, and all references in this Act to the Bengal Land- revenue Sales Act, 1859, or any provision thereof shall be deemed to be references to the said Act or provision, as the case may be, for the time being in force.
