Section 29(1) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2001 (Model)
(1)The State Government shall constitute State, District or city level ispectio teams on the recommendation of Selection Committee, constituted under sub-rule (3) of rule, 24, for a period of three years to visit and oversee the day to day functioning of the Homes and give suitable directions to be followed by them.
