Grounds for the Second Appeal:

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Mr. Subhash Chandra Agrawal Respondent: Mr. Raj Kumar CPIO PO The appellant stated that he wants copy of file notings and working sheet on query 2 (C) & reply to query 6. He pointed out that the Postal Department had allotted a separate pin code for Dak Bhavan viz. 110006, whereas in their letter-head they have mentioned the pin code as 110001. The CPIO stated that pin code for Dak Bhavan has now been changed to 110001. He also stated that information on query 2(c) & 6 will be furnished.
Decision notice:
As stated by the CPIO he should provide the information as requested above by the appellant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
