Section 168(4) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973
(4)No officer or other employee [of a Zilla Parishad] [Words substituted for the words 'holding a post carrying a monthly salary of less than rupees three hundred or more' by W.B. Act 37 of 1984.] shall be punished by the Zilla Parishad except by a resolution of the Zilla Parishad passed at a meeting.
