- In section 1A of the President's Emoluments and Pension Act, 1951 (hereafter referred to as the principal Act in this Part), for the words "one lakh fifty thousand rupees", the words "five lakh rupees" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of January, 2016.
