Section 10(1) in Himachal Pradesh e-Stamping Rules, 2011
(1)The Central Record Keeping Agency shall be entitled to such agreed percentage of commission or discount on the amount of stamp duty collected through e-stamping mechanism. The rate of commission or discount shall be notified by the State Government in the official gazette.
