Section 29(1) in Rajasthan State Highways Act, 2014
(1)No person shall connect any highway or part thereof with any road or passage except in accordance with the permission granted by the State Government or an officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf and subject to such conditions as may be specified in that permission.
