Section 21(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
(1)The Government may by notification appoint such persons as it thinks fit to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act, and may define the local limits within which and the class of establishments in respect of which they shall exercise their functions.
