(3)The first Kulpati, and the first Board of Management, the Academic Council and the Planning Board and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, shall hereby constitute a body corporate by the name of the Madhya Pradesh [Bhoj (Open) University] [Substituted by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 40 of 1997, Section 5.].
