50. Prompt verification and return of the plus and minus memorandum.
- The monthly plus and minus memorandum received from the Treasury should be promptly verified from the records maintained in the office of the Tahasildar and returned to the Treasury for transmission to the Accountant-General. Particular care should be taken for quick reconciliation of the Treasury and Departmental figures, should any discrepancy be noticed between the two figures.Chapter-VII Miscellaneous
