Section 353(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)Officers who undergo voluntary specialist training or temporary service specified in Part B of this Section shall be exempted from obligatory biennial training for the period specified in that Section.
