1160. Encashment of contingent bills at treasures of other districts.
- Whenever under the exigencies of the public service it is necessary that a contingent bill should be cashed at a treasury other than that at which it is ordinarily payable, it may be cashed at such treasury on presentation on the countersignature of the local Superintendent.
