6 23-03-2022Heard the parties.
It has been informed by Sri Sajid Salim Khan, learned S.C.25, appearing on behalf of the State on instruction from the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Motihari, that the Court has granted permission for Narco Analysis test of the petitioner on 16.03.2022. He further submits that since there is no facility of Narco Analysis test in Bihar, therefore, it will take some time in getting the Narco Analysis test done from outside the State.
This Court in a Cr. Misc. No. 25229 of 2021 has directed the Home Secretary, Government of Bihar, to expedite the required persons for Narco Analysis test appointed in the FSL Bihar.
Put up this case along with Cr. Misc. No. 25229 of 2021 on 30th March, 2022 for further hearing.
