8. Budget of the Commission.
- [Sections 106 and 180] - The Commission shall prepare in Form 'A', appended to these rules by the 30th November of each financial year, its budget for the next financial year, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Commission as well as the revised receipts and expenditure of the current year and forward the same to the State Government.
