Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious Institutions (Officers and Servants) Service Rules, 1964
(1)No person convicted and sentenced to imprisonment by a criminal Court for an office involving moral turpitude or bound over for keeping the peace or for good behaviour shall be appointed to or hold any office.
