Section 12(5) in Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Jaipur Act, 2011
(5)The Chairperson shall have the following powers, namely:-(a)to call for any information or record in connection with the affairs of the University;(b)to appoint the President-(c)to remove the President in-accordance with the provisions of sub-section (8) of section 13; and(d)such other powers as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
