Section 23(1) in Ramchandra Chandravansi University Act, 2018
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely:(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)the Secretary to the Government, Department of Higher and Technical Education, Jharkhand or his nominee;(c)two members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body;(d)three persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body;(e)three persons, from amongst the teachers, nominated by the sponsoring body;(f)two teachers, nominated by the Vice Chancellor.
